RP Data has revealed the 10 highest yielding suburbs for houses across Australia, with Western Australia dominating the list with six suburbs.
The study used an automated valuation model (AVM) to come up with the list which Miles topped with an AVM rental yield of 9.8%
Miles is a town that’s 340-kilometres town of Brisbane with a population of 1,856 and a growing number of LNG projects.
Earning second spot was Newman in the Pilbara region of Western Australia, with a 9.8% yield.
Further Pilbara region suburbs included South Hedland, Port Hedland and Baynton.

2. Newman, WA: 9.8%
3. Kambalda East, WA: 8.9%
4. Queenstown, Tasmania: 8.5%
5. Broken Hill, NSW: 8.5%
6. South Hedland, WA: 8.4%
7. Port Hedland, WA: 8.0%
8. Kambalda West, WA: 8.0%
9. Baynton, WA: 8.0%
10. Cloncurry, Queensland: 7.9%
