A rate cut is effective starting this week for Pepper’s clients across its Pepper Advantage and Pepper Easy product suits.
These changes shall allow brokers to access the lender’s suite of non-conforming home loans, offering debt consolidation and unlimited credit impairment.
It will also offer the ability to payout ATO debts with rates from as low as 5.75% for full documentation and 6.19% for alternative documentation.
Last week, Pepper was named Australia’s 2015 ‘Best Specialist Lender’ for the third consecutive year at the Australian Lending Awards.
Elsewhere, La Tro
be Financial has moved its interest rate once again for rural home loans, after changes made on Tuesday, where it was ranging from 6.75% to 7.49%. La Trobe has slightly increased it to 6.75% to 7.64%.
